Fiona Fang is a Partner and Practice Manager at JTCA Partners, leading the Business Support Services (BSS) team. As a specialist in corporate compliance and company secretarial services, she focuses on translating high-level strategies developed by tax and accounting partners into practical, actionable steps. Fiona provides end-to-end support to businesses, covering everything from structuring and company registration to ongoing compliance management.
She is a highly experienced advisor in assisting overseas businesses—particularly Chinese enterprises—in entering the Australian market. Fiona has successfully supported a number of Chinese listed companies and large multinational groups in establishing their presence in Australia. Her role spans the full implementation process, from executing initial structures and company setup to ongoing compliance and operational support, ensuring that clients’ strategic plans are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
Fiona works closely with leading law firms and financial institutions to build a seamless professional service network for clients during the implementation stage. Internally, she is also responsible for optimising processes, enhancing service efficiency, and improving client experience, making her a key driver of the firm’s continued growth.
